‌Key Responsibilities:

‌‌1. Programming & Optimization‌: Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code, with proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, PowerMill, UG)‌

‌2. Process Design‌: Create machining workflows, select cutting tools, and design fixtures to ensure precision and efficiency‌

‌3. Troubleshooting‌: Resolve technical issues during production (e.g., tool wear, dimensional deviations) and implement corrective actions‌

‌4. Equipment Maintenance‌: Perform routine checks and repairs on CNC machines to minimize downtime‌

‌Qualifications‌ ‌Education‌: 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields‌

‌Experience‌: 

3+ years in CNC programming or machining; experience with 4/5-axis machines Preferred‌ ‌

Skills‌: 

CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)‌ Knowledge of materials (aluminum, steel) and cutting parameters‌

Basic English proficiency for technical documentation

Soft Skills‌: 

Strong problem-solving ability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

‌Preferred Certifications‌:

CVEQC CNC certification or equivalent.

Industry-specific training (e.g., marine/aerospace/automotive machining)
